and Economy Fluid Swivels |

 The
Fluid Swivels provide a cost effective means of attaching
chronic fluid connections to laboratory animals. The
subjects have relatively free motion while undergoing long
term I.V. feeding, blood pressure monitoring, addiction
studies, intravenous, intra peritoneal, microdialysis or
intracerebral drug infusion. Swivels are available in one,
two and three fluid channels, 22 g and 20 g. Microdialysis
models are available in 22 g single- and dual-channel
configurations.

 The
precision swivels have stainless steel bodies, are bearing
mounted with replacement seals available. They feature
unlimited rotation, very low internal volume, low rotation
friction, long life, small size, replaceable seals and
stainless steel hypodermic tubing. They can withstand many
sterilizations. The swivels can be used with the “GENIE”
and SC series syringe pumps or miniature peristaltic pumps
for infusion. They can be used with the DBP1001 for
monitoring blood pressure.

 The
Econo-Fluid Swivel is the newest breakthrough in a re-usable
swivel. The swivel can be autoclaved, has replaceable seals
and comes with an easy tether clamp. With proper cleaning
and handling, the swivel can have a long life expectancy.
Still using it twice is more economical than a disposable.
All this well under $100.
The Econo-Fluid Swivel was designed as a precision
instrument with very low torque and high reliability. It is
a high quality instrument at a disposable price. Order
