In order for goods for repair or service to be accepted at our Goods In department, there must be reference to a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) number on the package. This number is issued by a WPI staff member, normally after a discussion about why the instruments needs to be returned to our office. However, you can request an RMA number using the form below.
