The oxygen dipping probe type PSt3 for measurement in normal oxygen range consists of a polymer optical fiber where one end is coated with an oxygen-sensitive foil. The end of the fiber is covered in a high grade steel tube to protect both the sensor material and the fiber. The steel tube has an outer diameter of 4 mm and a length of 10 cm. Other lengths are available on request. Due to the use of a polymer optical fiber this probe is compatible to temperatures up to + 70 °C.

The oxygen probe for in-line measurement (OIM) consists of a fitting made of stainless steel with an optical exchange cap (OEC) in which the oxygen sensor is integrated. The OEC is screwed to the top of the metal fitting, and can be exchanged. The OIM is connected to the oxygen meter via an optical fiber, has a standardized thread and length and is compatible with most bioreactors and port adapters. In addition, customized fittings for e. g. sight glasses are offered.

A sensor stripe is integrated in this 20 mL glass vial. The sensor is read out with an optical fiber, which is held in place by the Vial Adapter. The Vial Adapter can be positioned in different heights. The SensorVial SV-PSt3-20mL-NST is autoclavable, and the ideal tool for respiration measurements. Since the sensor stripes are optically isolated with a black layer they are also very well suited for photosynthesis measurements. For stirred applications the SensorVial is also available with a sensor stripe that does not reach all the way to the bottom. Oxygen can be measured simultaneously in liquid and headspace.

This Luer Lock adapter is equipped with a miniaturized O2 Sensor Spot type PSt3 (max. measurement range 0 - 100 % O2). A polymer optical fiber is attached to the Sensor Stick and connects it to an oxygen meter. This way continuous, non-invasive oxygen measurements can be performed. The O2 Sensor Stick can easily be integrated in customer specific flow-through cells or experimental set-ups via Luer connectors. The SST-PSt3-US is independent of flow velocity or electromagnetic fields and due to its small size it can be implemented in many set-ups where other oxygen measurement equipment simply does not fit.
