The oxygen dipping probe type PSt7 is compatible with the multi-purpose oxygen meters Microx 4 & Microx 4 trace. The fiber end with attached oxygen sensor is covered by a stainless steel fitting so the probe can be put into semi-solid samples as well as in liquids without a problem. The probe has an outer diameter of 3 mm and a standard length of 10 cm, but also other lengths are available on request.

The FTCM-PSt7 is a stainless steel tee with integrated microsensor. It has connectors for 1/16” steel tubing. Its inner volume of 2.1 µL is extraordinarily small, so it is ideally suited for all applications where only small volumes are available. With the tapered sensor type and its fast response time of t90 < 3 sec. in gas and < 10 sec. in liquids, real-time oxygen monitoring can be performed. The integrated PSt7 type sensor has a measurement range of 0 – 100 % oxygen, and a detection limit of 0.03 % oxygen.

A miniaturized oxygen sensor type PSt7 is integrated in a flow-through cell. It allows non-invasive online monitoring of oxygen in perfusion systems. The sensor is fixed to a color coded stick, which can be attached to flow-through cells of different size and shape according to requirements. A polymer optical fiber connects the sensor inside the flow-through cell to the respective O2 meter. The cells are made of polycarbonate.

This optical oxygen microsensor can be applied in various customized applications. The tiny probe has a tip size 230 µm. The microsensor tip is not mounted into any additional housing. The bare glass fiber tip can be mounted to your own housings, steel tubes and micro respirometer chambers etc. The small outer diameter even allows insertion into implantable Venflon-tubes. Moreover the microsensor can be deployed in sealed containers to measure the oxygen content directly. The IMP-PSt7 has a measurement range of 0 – 100 % oxygen, with a limit of detection of 0.03 % O2.

The NFSG-PSt7 is specially designed for headspace measurement in packaging or other applications where gaseous oxygen measurements in small compartments have to be conducted. The sensor tip of this microsensor is fixed inside a steel needle, so it does not protrude the needle tip. Secured this way inside the needle, the sensor can be pierced through material and the oxygen content in smallest headspace volumes can be determined. The NFSG-PSt7 has a measurement range of 0 – 100 % oxygen, with a limit of detection of 0.03 % oxygen.

The oxygen sensor spot SP-PSt7-NAU can be integrated in any transparent or semi-transparent vessel, or optical window while measurements are then taken contactless from the outside – through the vessel wall. Due to their small size these sensors are most versatile and can be implemented in manifold applications for measuring dissolved and gaseous O2. These oxygen sensor spots have a measurement range from 0 – 100 % O2, with a detection limit of 0.03 % O2. The SP-PSt7-NAU does not stand autoclaving.
