Initial anesthesia is performed in the induction chamber before animals are moved to the breathing device for procedure. Sure-Seal Induction Chambers are designed to accommodate oxygen flushes. Non-Gasketed Induction Chambers are designed for use under fume hood or biosafety cabinet.
